As Smunch grows new cities are added to our radar, and therefore we are looking for resourceful, energetic and self-motivated individual is inspired to assume ownership for different project within Smunch expansion.
Your responsibilites:
- Understand, optimize and streamline internal processes regarding City Expansion
- Ensure communication of processes and implementation while working closely with Stakeholders across business (Sales, Operations, etc.)
- Organize Inhouse trainings for City teams and performing as central point of contact for all Cities
- Assist local expansion team from the Head Office
- Support in monitoring cities
- Documentation of all processes relevant for city expansion
Your profile:
- Prior work experience in Project Management/Consulting and working with different stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Quick learning ability with analytical skills
- Organizational skills and able to adapt to fast changing environment
- Solution orientated and curious
- Excellent German and English skills (spoken and written)
