Your Role:
We are looking for Recruiter (m/w/d) to help us grow our Smunch team! If you love matching talents with opportunities!
Your Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates for entry and mid level positions
- Screen candidates and job positions
- Conduct interviews using various recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
- Assess candidate´s relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes
Your Profile:
- Passion for HR recruiting
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Familiarity with ATS and CMS
- You are switched on, curious and quick learner
- Comfortable with technology and multitasking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good knowledge of German (spoken and written) – imagine you will conduct interviews as well in German!
- Strong decision making skills
