We’re looking for entrepreneurial candidates with proven experience managing teams and scaling B2B businesses to be the CEO of Stuttgart. You will build and lead a team of people to deliver the Smunch promise to companies in the city, with support, know-how and technology from the head office in Berlin.

Your Tasks:
- Lead a team of incredibly smart, passionate and diverse people
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create local strategies and user campaigns
- Build the business from ground up – developing food-partner relationships, logistics set-up and B2B customer relationships
- Coordinate with the head office to communicate process changes and product needs to improve the company as a whole
- Experiment rapidly and improve the product and processes
- Help scale Smunch to other cities by sharing your experience and helping develop a continually improving scaling plan
Your Profile:
- 5+ years of relevant experience – we expect the skills required to come from people who have built sales teams or entrepreneurial endeavors.
- A data-driven and analytical mindset, with good people management skills
- A result-oriented, creative, solutions focused approach
- Stellar networking skills and the ability to make smart partnerships happen
- An entrepreneurial DNA
- An eye for great talent and the ability to unlock the potential of high performing teams
- Fluent English and German
