Junior Event Manager (m/w/d)

Your Role:

If you’re a go-getter, hungry for challenges and ready to disrupt the food scene in Germany, read on!

Your Tasks:

• Understanding the complexity of the Smunch concept and presenting/explaining it to people at events
• Researching possible new events for us to attend in our different locations
• Representing Smunch at various events (occasionally also on evenings or weekends)
• Networking with other members of the industry as well as potential new clients
• Cooperating with Sales team regarding event preparation and attendance
• Communicating internally with Logistics and Restaurants Sales team
• Maintaining an overview of all marketing material for events
• Taking care of providing our different cities with the necessary event materials
• Help to improve our overall communication at events

Your Profile:

• Fluency in German and English
• Prior work experience in event coordination is a plus
• People-person and excellent communicator
• Switch on, driven and able to multitask
• Being in action is your mantra
• Creative mindset and quick decision maker
• Passion for what Smunch stands for
